Are you looking for a senior marketing executive role within a fast-growing business where people are at the heart of everything we do? Would you like to work within a socially conscious organisation that is making a real impact in the education sector?
The Key Group serves school leaders and trusts across the UK providing authoritative guidance and intuitive tools that support school leadership. We work across the full diversity of schools and locations, from small rural and coastal primaries to the largest trusts and local authorities in the country. We recognise that each school and trust is on a journey and school leaders need to identify their specific context, their own path and the next step in that journey. This process requires more than just shared values in a school, it requires the knowledge, data, context and confidence to bring others with you in effecting change.
The Senior Marketing Executive (Campaigns) is responsible for planning and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that drive new school acquisition and upgrades across The Key. This role owns the campaigns engine — translating commercial priorities into clear, compelling and well-executed activity across core performance channels. Working closely with Schools Marketing, Sales and Brand & Partnerships, you will ensure campaigns are insight-led, commercially effective and consistently well delivered. This is a senior, hands‑on role that combines campaign planning with delivery oversight, ensuring campaigns contribute meaningfully to growth while reinforcing trust in the brand.

- Commercial collaboration
- Partner closely with inside sales to align campaigns with targeting, sequencing and handoffs, ensuring our conversion journeys are leveraging a combined campaign approach
- Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure campaigns clearly communicate product value and reflect deep audience understanding
