Dates: 6th July - 10th July (Monday - Friday 10am-3:30pm)

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Work Experience Students to join our team for a 1 week period. The remit and focus of the week will be to embed you in various teams across the company to learn how these teams work together, as well as what it’s like to work in an office environment.
- Observe & Shadow: Spend time shadowing teams across the business (Marketing, HR, Member Success etc.) to understand their day-to-day duties and how they work together.
- Attend Meetings: Join some of our internal meetings to observe professional communication and decision making processes.
- Dragons Den: Participate in an entrepreneurial exercise designed for you to showcase what technology you would design to enhance schools and the wider Education sector.
- Ask Questions: Fundamentally, this is an opportunity for you to learn as much as you can about the working world, so we’re on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Who You’ll be Working with:
- People: Learn how an HR (Human Resources) team works to not only hire people into the business, but also support their development and their wellbeing.
- Member Success: Our customers are everything and this team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that we keep good relationships with them.
- Marketing: Without Marketing, no-one would know about The Key, so you’ll get a chance to spend some time with a team that’s key to our growth.
- IT: The IT team are integral in managing all of our systems and making sure that we can all deliver for schools.
- Content: At our heart we are a content business and the team does an incredible job of keeping the sector up to date with any changes to legislation.
Requirements:
The ideal person:
- Must be a UK Secondary School student in Year 10
- Must be able to commute to our office each day
- A good team player
- Good communication skills
- A desire to learn and take on information
- Proactive and a keenness to get involved
