We are looking for a socially motivated and skilled individual to join our team. In this role you will work closely with social enterprises, helping them to access the ‘right money, at the right time’ to enable them to become more sustainable via trading, and ultimately deliver more social impact in their communities. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great organisation that is mission focussed and values led, with a strong track record and reputation.

Location: Northeast, remote working with regular attendance at the Sheffield office

Hours: 37.5

Job type: Full time, permanent

The right person will have the following:

  • Be motivated by enabling the delivery of impact in disadvantaged and marginalised communities
  • Have strong values aligned with those of Key Fund
  • A strong background in social enterprise development, grant making or lending
  • An ability to connect with and communicate with a variety of different people
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of relationship management and business development

This is a rewarding role where you can use your skills and experience to make a real difference to organisations who are committed to delivering social change. The role will be home-based but with travel across the North of England and Midlands.
