Our award-winning gastro pub, currently listed number 21 in the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastro Pubs, is looking for a sous chef to join our expanding team. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, work well under pressure and are passionate about their food.
Preparing food with fresh ingredients on a daily basis, it is an opportunity to develop your skills within the kitchen. We offer great rates of pay and guaranteed weekly cash tips. Own transport recommended. Previous experience in the role required.
Owned by brothers Chris and James Tanner, the Kentish Hare holds various accolades including two AA Rosettes. The Tanner Brothers have assembled a great professional team focusing on delivering the best of local food and complemented by a specially selected range of wines, beers and spirits. You will be assured of a warm welcome in delightful stylish surroundings with wonderful food and service.
The Kentish Hare is open Wednesday to Sunday offering food throughout the pub. Lunch is available from 12pm-2:30pm Wednesday to Saturday and 12pm-4pm on Sundays. Dinner is available Wednesday to Saturday from 5:45pm-9:30pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Package Salary: £42,500 per year including tronc
Schedule: 10 hour shift
Holidays: Weekend availability
