Are you passionate about making a difference? If so, we would love to hear from you! We are seeking an experienced and professional Registered Cluster Home Manager to lead two registered residential services in Ashford.

Your Role as CQC Registered Manager: We are looking for a strong and visible leader with a minimum of five years experience of coaching and developing a specialist care support team, with an emphasis on practice leadership. In this role you will need to be someone who will act where they see a problem or opportunity. You will be expected to quickly adapt to challenging situations to ensure that we keep people safe and manage risk positively. You will already be experienced in the application of regulatory requirements, such as The Care Act and Health and Social Care Act and be knowledgeable about relevant legal frameworks such as Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA and best interest processes. Ideally you will already hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with Senior Management and the Quality and Compliance team to achieve our quality vision. You will lead two services and be supported by two Assistant Managers and team leaders and specialist support staff. The support team operate 24/7 on 3 week rolling rota, comprising early and late shifts. You will ensure the service is safe and build positive and engaging relationships with tenants, families, staff, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. The normal working week for this role will be Monday-Friday 9-5 and the manager will also be required to participate in the On Call Rota.
