We’re looking for a Housing Manager who brings professional housing expertise, strong leadership and a genuine commitment to people. Someone who understands that good housing is about more than compliance and bricks and mortar — it is about creating safe, secure and welcoming homes where autistic adults can feel valued, independent and supported to live their lives in the way that works for them.
As Housing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of our housing portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, well maintained and meet the needs of the autistic adults we support.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional to combine operational expertise with a genuine commitment to creating safe, secure and welcoming homes where autistic adults can thrive.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has significant experience working within housing management within a charity, housing association, local authority or similar organisation and who has CIH Level 4 qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to undertake the qualification and achieve it by 2030.
This is an exciting prospect to shape the future direction of our housing and property function, influence decision-making and lead developments that make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people we support.
