We're looking for an experienced Automation Analyst to join a growing automation function within a regulated financial services environment. This is a hands-on, delivery focused role; it's not a narrow DevOps or support position. You'll have ownership across the full automation lifecycle, working closely with the business to design, build and deliver automation that drives real operational improvement.

Responsibilities
- Owning delivery from requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support
- Supporting live automations including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Ensuring all solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant within a regulated environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience delivering RPA / automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or similar RPA
- Experience across the full automation lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder skills, be able to challenge, influence, and advise the business
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions
- Comfortable working in a small team environment, with flexibility to pick up a broad range of responsibilities
- Experience with workflow engines / BPM tools (e.g. Laserfiche or similar)
- SQL / database knowledge
- Experience working in a financial services or regulated environment
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
