We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our large, highly skilled Nursing Team which consists of Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Nurse Associate and Phlebotomist.
Working under the supervision of the Lead Practice Nurse and strictly in accordance with specific Practice guidelines and protocols, the HCA will assist the Practice Clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant who will work alongside our existing team and has the qualifications and/or experience to support our patients with long term health conditions.
Candidate must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own transport, as the role requires travel across four sites located in BD5, BD7, and BD8.
We are a friendly, supportive, and innovative Practice in inner city Bradford; Kensington Partnership is based over 4 sites across BD8, BD7 and BD5. We have a patient list size of approximately 24,000 and are passionate about delivering high quality care.
