Responsible For: Responsible for the selling and management of trade stand space at Crufts, and any other/future Kennel Club events where trade stands are in attendance. To include floor planning, as well as liaison with key stakeholders including but not limited to; stand builders, venue, publishers and the health & safety show representatives. To administer the sales and administration of trade stands to the required budget. The role will involve: – Events stands preparation – Exhibition space management – Client liaison – Budgetary responsibility – Compliance – Adherence to KPI\’s The ideal candidate will have: An event management qualification IOSH qualification Experience of working in an events venue or for an events organising company Knowledge of floor planning processes and regulations Knowledge of event operational procedures and regulations We are looking for a Senior Event Stands Coordinator who will have excellent time management and organisational skills. Alongside the desire to assist the department to grow moving forward. You will need to be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude and be respectful when dealing with internal and external customers. To excel in this role, you will have the ability to work alongside other members of the team and take ownership for the tasks you are given.
