Group Ecosystem Manager

We\’re looking for an experienced, practical, and commercially-minded Group Ecosystem Manager to lead the development of a connected product ecosystem across The Royal Kennel Club\’s portfolio.
This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring our products, services, and partnerships work seamlessly together to deliver exceptional value to customers — and drive sustainable growth for the business.
You\’ll help shape and deliver a unified ecosystem strategy that supports our ambitious goal of generating an additional £5M profit by 2030. Working closely with the Head of Product Portfolio, you\’ll play a key role in expanding into new areas of the UK pet market, with international opportunities on the horizon.
What you\’ll do:
- Lead ecosystem strategy: Develop and execute a group-wide plan that connects products, services, and partnerships to drive commercial growth.
- Manage partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals and delivery.
- Portfolio optimisation: Use data and insights to prioritise products, identify integration opportunities, and enhance customer experience.
- Commercial planning: Support the creation of 12–24 month growth plans and implement innovative monetisation models (tiered, freemium, subscription).
- Drive innovation: Champion modular product capabilities and white-label solutions for rapid diversification and reduced time-to-market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, data, and operations teams to ensure ecosystem cohesion.
- Measure success: Establish performance frameworks and deliver regular reports on ecosystem health and growth.
What we\’re looking for:
- Proven experience in ecosystem management or product portfolio management.
- Strong track record in customer-centric product strategies within subscription or service-based environments.
- Skilled in managing complex partner relationships and aligning stakeholders toward shared commercial objectives.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and lifecycle optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
- Ideally, a product management qualification.
