Brewery Arts is a vibrant cinema, live arts venue, creative learning hub, restaurant and bar in Kendal, Cumbria.
We’re looking for an experienced Ticketing & CRM Manager to join our team. You’ll take the lead on our ticketing and CRM systems, ensuring they operate effectively while helping us use customer data and insight to better understand, engage and grow our audiences.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with practical problem-solving and audience-focused thinking. Knowledge of working with Spektrix is essential as you will be managing the system, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting colleagues with ongoing training.
The role offers flexibility and can be worked remotely, on site or hybrid.
