Overview

Stapleford Abbotts School was built in 1887 and has been an important part of village life since its establishment. Over the past ten years, the school has undergone refurbishment and new build projects. The school attracts children from a wide catchment area and from the neighbouring London Boroughs of Redbridge, Dagenham, and Havering. • Plan and deliver engaging learning on a daily basis, developing exciting and innovative methods that stimulate interest and excitement in the classroom.
• Be a highly motivated, dedicated and creative class teacher with a passion for teaching and learning.
• Develop positive relationships with young children and communicate effectively to support their education.
• Create an imaginative and inclusive learning environment and use a range of resources to make the classroom engaging.
• Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team and contribute to the wider life of the trust.

Contract and Benefits

• Part-time position for 13 hours per week, Thursday and Friday (0.4 FTE).
• Salary: MPS 1-6 (Estimated Actual MPS1 £13,759 to MPS6 £18,735).
