In a large Multi-Academy Trust, robust data protection is essential. As the central point of contact for schools and requesters, you will expertly navigate Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. By keeping our processes compliant and efficient, you enable our school leaders to focus on what they do best.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Taking charge of the end-to-end management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, ensuring every response is handled with care, precision, and confidentiality.
  • Championing compliance by tracking deadlines and logging requests to ensure we meet our statutory obligations.
  • Acting as a central hub, coordinating with schools to compile data that is accurate and professionally presented.
  • Proactively managing escalations and pipelines to maintain a seamless workflow and deliver high standards of service.
