Overview
The Office Manager and Medical Lead will oversee daily office administration, line‑manage staff, and act as the school’s medical lead and medication administrator. The role also involves all administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the school office.
- Line‑manage and support administrative staff.
- Act as the medical lead and medication administrator for the school.
- Execute all administrative, financial and organisational procedures while safeguarding confidentiality.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
- Support the learning environment by ensuring smooth office functions and health and safety compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative capability.
- Good understanding of educational, welfare and social needs of children.
- Experience in a leadership or line‑management role is desirable.

Work Conditions
- 37 hours per week, Monday–Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm, and a 30‑minute unpaid break.
- 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days).
- Estimated actual salary £22,970–£24,098 per annum.
