Staff and students enjoy their days in excellent modern buildings with superb facilities. We are located on the West of Portsmouth and access is easy from the M27 or A27. Many staff commute easily from Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and West Sussex either by car or by public transport.

Unrivalled Leadership Support & Development
This is an exceptionally important role and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is fully committed to your success. We have carved out a bespoke, robust and long-term programme of support to ensure you are empowered to build a top-performing Maths team.
- School Based Support: Dedicated, regular 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions with a member of the Miltoncross Senior Leadership Team. This provides you with direct operational guidance, strategic advice and a supportive sounding board right here on-site as you navigate your new responsibilities.
- Trust-Wide Collaboration: Ongoing strategic and operational leadership support from a collection of experienced leaders across Kemnal.
- Induction & Mentoring: A comprehensive, structured induction programme paired with regular mentoring and/or coaching from our Trust lead for Maths.
- T&L and Pedagogy Support: Access to hands‑on, direct support with teaching, learning and curriculum design from Kemnal's subject specialists and Regional Directors.
