We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive and collaborative team. The LSA will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher, you will help develop appropriate resources, schemes of work, and teaching strategies to ensure provision supports individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the teacher in developing appropriate resources, schemes of work, and teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
  • Help raise the achievement of all students of all abilities.
