About the Role

Rainham School for Girls are looking to appoint an inspirational, highly skilled Head of Year (Director of Studies) and Teacher to lead a team of form tutors within a year group in maximizing individual student academic progress and personal development.

The Preferred Candidate

  • Have experience of monitoring, tracking and supporting students
  • Have the desire to promote high standards and effective teaching and learning
  • Have the competence to lead, manage, develop and inspire people individually and as a team
  • Have a commitment to the welfare and achievement of the students in their year group
