We are seeking creative and inspiring colleagues to work alongside our teachers in supporting students to access their learning. As a teaching assistant, you will be working with individuals or small groups in our specialist learning support areas as well as supporting our mainstream classrooms, making a real difference to our students and their progress.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference.
- Support students to access mainstream lessons across the school.
- Develop an understanding of the particular needs of the students they are supporting.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to the developing needs of the students and the requirements of the teacher and department.
