APPOINTMENT of Premises Officer 22.5 hours per week (Mon/Thu/Fri), 52 weeks a year, 15.6 days annual leave. Salary WSCC Grade 5, Pt 8 (£26,824 FTE, actual £16,094). Chichester High School is a thriving and aspirational secondary school in Chichester West Sussex providing high quality education from the ages of 11 through to our Outstanding Sixth Form.
We are looking to appoint a Premises Officer who will work as part of an existing site team to help maintain a safe, attractive and inspiring school environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have a good range of general maintenance skills that can range from painting and decorating, to basic plumbing to setting up of assemblies. They will also:
- Be conscientious, motivated and able to work flexibly
- Be able to deal with reactive and planned maintenance
- Be able to problem solve and put forward the best solution
- Be adaptable and flexible to meet the many school demands.
