- Promote excellent attendance, safeguarding, child protection and online safety in the school and build a strong culture of safeguarding and a positive environment for all students.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents and staff to address attendance issues, provide support, and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.
- Engage with effective communication and a passion for community education; work as part of a committed team to achieve shared goals.
