Overview

APPOINTMENT of Assistant Pastoral Support Manager (APSM) 37 hours per week, term time only plus inset days (39 weeks) Salary WSCC Grade 6, Pt 9 (£27,254 FTE, Actual £23,401)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our Heads of Year with student wellbeing and behaviour
  • Supporting our KS3 and KS4 Pastoral Support Manager with safeguarding and wellbeing concerns
  • Helping to run our restorative and inclusion rooms
  • As part of the pastoral team responsible for the welfare of our pupils, you will liaise with tutors, teachers, parents and support agencies

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience of working with young people, restorative justice and safeguarding procedures would be an advantage.
