About Us: The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) is a leading UK trade organisation supporting independent retailers in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom industry. We provide members with business support, consumer confidence schemes, and industry recognition.

The Role: This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role focused on selling KBSA memberships to independent retailers across the UK. Moving away from traditional field sales, this role will be primarily office/home-based, using outbound calling, virtual meetings, and structured follow-ups to generate new memberships. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through to closing deals and onboarding new members.

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to independent retailers across the UK
  • Promote and sell KBSA membership subscriptions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Book and conduct virtual appointments and follow-up consultations
  • Convert leads into paying members through structured sales processes
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
  • Work towards monthly targets (approx. 50 memberships annually)
  • Collaborate with the wider KBSA team to support onboarding and member engagement
  • Represent the KBSA brand professionally at all times

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • New memberships sold (target: 50 per year)
  • Daily/weekly outbound call activity
  • Conversion rates from lead to member
  • Appointments booked and attended
  • Revenue generated

About You:

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting targets
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline management ability
  • Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely
  • Positive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or services
  • Knowledge of the KBB (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) industry
