Days Customer Service Assistant -Ruabon Service Station, Wrexham

Due to petroleum licensing regulations, applicants MUST be 18 years of age or above.

Position details:

• 16 hours per week, with 2 x 8 hour shifts (7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm).
• Shifts are scheduled over a 7-day rota, including weekends.

Pay: £12.50 per hour

About the role

The role of a Customer Service Assistant involves advising and serving customers, working deliveries, general housekeeping, stock merchandising, and handling cash and card transactions according to set procedures.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, performs tasks to high standards, and ensures customers have a positive experience. Whether customers are shopping for groceries, buying fuel, alcohol, tobacco, or lottery tickets, using our car cleaning centres, or visiting our retail partners, your role is to assist and ensure they enjoy their visit and want to return.
