Days Customer Service Assistant, Park Garage Service Station, Blackburn

Due to petroleum licensing regulations applicants MUST be 18 years of age or above.

24 hours per week, 3 x 8 hour shifts. 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. Hours are a mix of shifts over a 7 day week to include weekends.

Pay: £13.00 per hour.

About the role

The role of a Customer Service Assistant involves various tasks including advising and serving customers, working deliveries, general housekeeping and stock merchandising and handling cash and card transactions according to a set of procedures.

We are looking for someone that takes pride in whatever they do, carrying out all tasks to the highest standards and generally ensuring customers get everything they need. Customers may shop for groceries, buy fuel, alcohol, tobacco or lottery, use car cleaning centres or visit in‑house retail partners – we want them to enjoy their experience and return.
