Quantity Surveyor role with a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor based in the City of London.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Procurement and vetting of subcontractor tenders and packages
- Carry out monthly valuations
- Cost forecasting, review, monitoring and reporting
- Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts
- Measuring, Valuing and Submitting of Variations
- Advise project staff on commercial and contractual matters
- Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts
- Management and approval of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts
- Ensure business commercial processes are maintained throughout project life-cycle
Person Specification:
- Experience within M&E Quantity Surveying within London and South East
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- Ambitious and looking for progress
- Desire to work for a leading name within the industry and work on prestigious projects
