The Just Group are a specialist Recruitment Consultancy operating across the Construction industry. The business has grown from strength to strength over the 7 years it has been operating and we are now looking to add a Marketing Executive to work alongside the management team to help drive the brand forward.
The role of the Marketing Executive includes:
- Creating engaging content for the company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused.
- Creating weekly engaging newsletters for the brand.
- Carrying out market research.
- Maintaining and updating the company website.
- Creating promotions, brochures, marketing material and executing various marketing activities, including desk drops for clients and candidates to promote brand awareness.
- Proofreading all marketing material.
- Managing all social media accounts, responding to any communications or enquiries.
- Liaising with Team Leaders to further promote the specialist brands within their respective markets.
- Writing and proofreading copy for a range of marketing platforms & materials including the website, social media, emails and brochures.
- Reviewing and managing analytics for the website and social media as well as measuring ROI on all marketing activity by producing reports for the management team.
You will ideally be educated in a marketing discipline at degree level, be a creative confident thinker, and have strong commercial awareness.
