Our client has an exciting opportunity for a RC Frame Contract Manager to join their company and help to continue supplying services in RC Frame in the London area successfully. They are based in North West London and want to give a RC Frame Contract Manager the chance to join a well-established team. This company specialises in RC Frame & Groundwork projects with values from £500k - £20m.
Responsibilities:
- Ultimate responsibility for development and delivery of agreed project specification, programme and budget.
- Responsibility for all pricing, programming and contract negotiations.
- Negotiation of sub‑contract terms and conditions, ensuring all terms are back‑to‑back with the main contract.
- Management, control and mitigation of all risk, both contractual and construction related.
- Control costs and pro‑actively manage project profitability.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation at all times.
- Manage all client and sub‑contractor relationships.
