GROUNDWORK ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential and commercial groundworks main contractor. The company are looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to become an asset to the company and help in its growth.
Our client is based in the Mid Kent area and has won projects all over the south east, south of London with values ranging from £500k - £10m. Projects include Groundworks for residential, Foundations, RC frame and Drainage.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Preparation of monthly cost value reports for area, together with review of results
- Production of commercial reports, reviewing results and considering trends
- Identify and realise opportunities to maximise cost/value management.
- Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely monthly valuation reports.
- Assist with the procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Delegate commercial activities to other members of the team as appropriate
The salary the client is offering depending on experience is £25,000 - £40,000.
