Behind every great customer experience is a small team making sure everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for an organised, friendly and dependable Bookings & Customer Support Coordinator to join our head office team in Moneymore.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play an important role in helping people plan memorable experiences. From answering enquiries and creating bookings to coordinating information with our onsite teams, no two days are ever the same. You’ll work alongside a close-knit office team where everyone supports each other, shares ideas and takes pride in doing a great job. This is a varied office-based role combining customer service, organisation and administration in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering telephone calls and email enquiries
- Responding to Facebook and Instagram messages
- Creating and amending bookings
- Supporting schools, groups, accommodation and activity bookings
- Coordinating food orders and customer information
- Supporting the wider office with reports and administration
- Helping ensure every customer receives a fantastic experience
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being organised and genuinely likes helping people. You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:
