The Junction is recruiting for a Lead Group Worker - Short Breaks in the United Kingdom. This is a 16 hours per week, fixed-term role until 31 March 2028. The successful candidate will lead planning, facilitation and smooth running of two weekly group sessions for children and young people with additional needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader to guide staff, ensure safety, and provide a positive, engaging experience for participants and their families.
