The location is a sustainable city oasis with 114 studios and two residential apartments. The property is also the home for our restaurant The Idler, a restaurant, bar, and deli, serving both neighbours and guests, ensuring our spaces stay lively and vibrant all day and night.
Your shift kicks off at 23:00 with a team handover, setting you up to manage reception operations, making sure every guest has what they need for a comfortable stay. But you're not just a point of contact – you’ll also monitor the hotel's atmosphere and ensure the safety of both guests and staff. As the night winds down, you’ll prep everything for the morning team, take care of wake-up calls, and wrap things up by 7:00.
Your role is all about providing a seamless experience for our guests while keeping the energy positive and relaxed throughout the night. Think of it as the perfect balance between keeping things running smoothly and adding that personal touch that makes all the difference!

- You’re friendly and proactive, always anticipating guests' needs and making them feel at home before they even ask.
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to the team, always ready to get started with a positive attitude.
- You can handle things on your own but also work very well as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication within the team.
