The July Dublin is looking for a HR Manager for the pre-opening and day-to-day HR operations for our newest addition, as we’re expanding and bringing The July to the heart of Dublin. On iconic Capel Street, our newest 105 apartment-hotel and restaurant is designed to become a welcoming place for travellers, neighbours and the community around us.

Responsibilities

As our HR Manager, you'll be hands-on with all aspects of HR operations across our newest hotel in Dublin. You will drive engagement by fostering a positive and stimulating work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

You will manage everything from the pre-opening from talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding to HR business partnering and training & development. You’ll work closely with the hotel management team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new joiners. You will also handle day-to-day HR activities such as managing absence cases, employee relations, focus on wellbeing and happiness, training and development, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and manage employee records, while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

You will report to our HR Director, who is based in the HQ in Amsterdam. In addition, you will regularly discuss the daily HR operations with the General Manager.

Qualifications
  • You have at least 4 years of HR experience in the Hospitality market in Dublin.
  • Strong knowledge of Ireland employment legislation and the local labour market.
  • A coaching and inspiring person. Your enthusiasm is contagious.
  • Planning and organising are in your DNA.
  • Competent with HR administration & systems.
  • Always up to date with new HR trends and developments in your field of expertise.
  • Available to start in April 2026.
