The role of Agent, Customer Service, is part of our EMEA Service Centre Solutions function which provides specialised support to our end Customers. In this role, you will be a key part of our EMEA team, providing expert assistance and solving customer queries across Israel, and our English-speaking countries. This role is critical in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring positive customer experience. Your work will directly impact on customer satisfaction and support the growth of our business across different markets.
This role supports our Israel market and so working hours are Sunday – Thursday, GMT+2hrs
Your day to day
- Provide professional, friendly and helpful support to our customers via phone, email and live chat
- Resolve customer queries regarding product orders quickly and efficiently, with a focus on making each interaction positive
- Assist customers with account management (password resets, 1st level technical system queries, etc.) and order tracking.
- Support month-end sales activities and reporting.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Payment Operations, Credit Collections, Logistics, and other stakeholder teams
- Stay up to date on our latest products through ongoing training
- Help improve our customer support processes by sharing ideas and insights
- Contribute to team goals and support colleagues during peak periods.
