The Juice Plus+ Company is a multi-million-dollar competitor in the health and wellness industry, utilising a unique combination of direct sales and e-commerce to market our carefully curated line of plant-based nutritional products in pursuit of our mission to “Inspire Healthy Living Around the World.”

Owing to change, we have an exciting new role in our busy Business Development Team to support, train and educate our Partners on Juice PLUS+ systems, compensation plan, promotions/incentives and best practices; all to maximise business growth.

The overall aim of the role is to manage current business and drive further sales and development with the existing Partner base, whilst also promoting the acquisition of new Partners. Within this role, the Specialist will guide Partners with the objective of growing sales, new Partner acquisition, and growing the customer base, building customer retention. This can be achieved by an outstanding understanding of our business, our markets, and our competition, and adopting an enhanced analytical approach to data, all whilst building strong, trustworthy and lasting relationships with our Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Regional Director to develop and support the creation of training sessions to support the Partners both in-person and online, tracking business performance and impact/return on investment for the company.
  • Monitor sales, volume data and trends, and propose corrective measures if necessary.
  • Continuously follow-up on Leader progress, coaching for success; working alongside other departments to ensure smooth processes around month-end, qualification, recognition, and payroll are in place, and flag any issues/blockers.
  • Capture and share “Best Practices” with field leaders, Regional and EMEA Business Development teams.
  • Assist with the development, plan, and launch of sales incentives supporting relevant KPIs.
  • Support the wider team to recognise and celebrate success with field leaders and their teams through video conferences and field events.
  • Attend National Conventions and Leader events/meetings in person and online, to develop engagement and identify training needs.

Qualifications:

  • Good standard of education (ideally graduate (Business related degree) or of graduate calibre).
  • 2+ years experience (ideally) within a similar Business Development, Sales, Customer Service or Marketing related role, or with strong potential to excel within this area.
  • Flexible and adaptable with ‘can-do’ attitude; pro-active and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Flexibility around work hours - in this role, you need to work when the field needs you!
  • Strong analytical skills to understand the story behind the data, draw conclusions and propose appropriate measures.
  • Travel during the week and at weekends will be necessary to support events and training as necessary.
