Overview

The role\'s primary objective is to support the development and execution of engaging, brand-aligned content across social media platforms. They will be collaborating closely with marketing and creative to create, schedule, and publish content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion whilst aligning to brand campaigns and/or concepts. This role is designed to give hands-on experience in managing social media channels at a brand level, understanding audience insights, and refining content strategies that deliver results whilst elevating and communicating brand. They will gain practical skills in content planning, trend spotting, short-form video creation and performance tracking, all while helping brands build a consistent and compelling digital presence. This role is ideal for an individual who has a natural passion for content creation, is already doing it in their own time and is a Instagram and TikTok native.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, produce/film, and edit content for social media to a high standard (TikTok, Instagram etc.).
  • Edit TikToks/Reels and use tools like CapCut and channel editing tools.
  • Stay on top of trends and industry news to create timely, relevant content.
  • Work closely with creative to produce visuals, videos, and copy that align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Plan and execute content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments to build community and drive engagement.
  • Analyse content performance and suggest optimisations for future posts.
  • Demonstrate creativity, ambition, commitment, organisation, and a friendly, confident demeanor suitable for a culture fit.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths).

Skills and Training

Communication skills, creativity, teamwork, and presentation skills. Training to be provided.

The Juice Academy overview

The Juice Academy is a digital marketing academy based in Castlefield, Manchester. They train up to 80 apprentices a year, working with businesses around the North West. Training is delivered by industry professionals from Tangerine Communications and blended with in-person and online delivery. Apprentices will gain on-the-job training and complete a portfolio during the assessment period. The final three months of the course will be the assessment period. The Qualification Will Include: Level 3 Content Creator.
