Our client is currently seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager for content creation, promotions, events, and marketing strategy meetings at the company's hub in Greater Boston.
Qualifications
This role is perfect for someone with a digital agency and/or in-house marketing background who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person should be able to generate campaign status reports for executives that showcase campaign performance.

Specific Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Create beautiful imagery we can use across our digital platforms.
- Compile engaging videos for all phases of the customer lifecycle.
- Compile written content, infographics, polls, and other information to drive online conversations and conversions.
- Social Media Management
- Plan, manage, and execute organic social on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with the online community.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement.
- Generate insights and new ideas to increase our social followers and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Local Marketing Campaigns
- Assist with developing hyper-local campaigns utilizing a multi-channel approach to support both online and offline brand awareness and lead generation.
- Assist with promotional efforts like referral programs, loyalty incentives, in-clinic specials, and business referrals.
- Track the ROI of seasonal or local campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Additional Marketing Activities
- Work with internal and external resources to create compelling content tailored to the local audience.
- Assist with selecting and managing influencers.
- Assist with initiatives across all PESO channels and the full customer lifecycle.
- Work with the CMO on developing awareness and lead generation plans and procedures that can be adapted locally to existing and new clinic locations.
- Prepare reports and surface insights to help guide successful marketing initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field
- 3-10 plus years of experience in B2C digital marketing, preferably in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry (open to Mid-Senior Level Talent)
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Social experience on Meta including both Facebook and Instagram
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual content.
- Intimate knowledge of the Meta platform
- Experience with social media scheduling software – Later or similar
- Experience running digital campaigns and preparing campaign performance reports
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Excellent proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Expertise with video and image editing software, caption creation, intros/outros
- Experience presenting campaign planning and review decks a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro for graphic design and video editing tasks, a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM a big plus
- Experience with influencer marketing a big plus
- Expertise with HubSpot a big plus
- Experience utilizing GA4 for analytics and reporting purposes a plus
