About the role: As an Electrical Tutor, you’ll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching for our Level 3 Installation and Maintenance Electrician apprenticeship programme. This role is about far more than teaching and assessing units from a qualification; you’ll be responsible for developing the full range of knowledge, skills, and behaviours set out in the apprenticeship standard. You’ll help apprentices connect theory to practice, build confidence through hands-on learning, and develop the professional values and personal qualities they need to succeed in their careers and contribute positively to the workplace and wider community.
