As an Electrical Training Officer, you’ll combine assessment, mentoring, coaching, and employer engagement to ensure every apprentice gets the support they need to progress, achieve, and thrive. About the role: You’ll manage a caseload of apprentices across the London & South East region, working closely with both learners and employers to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure apprentices are on track to meet the full requirements of their apprenticeship standard. This role is about more than ticking boxes; you’ll be a trusted advisor, coach, and link between the apprentices and their employers.
