As an Electrical Training Officer, you’ll combine assessment, mentoring, coaching, and employer engagement to ensure every apprentice gets the support they need to progress, achieve, and thrive. It’s a role where you’ll see the direct results of your guidance in the confidence, competence, and career success of the people you support, making it both challenging and deeply rewarding.
About the role: You’ll manage a caseload of apprentices across the Eastern region, working closely with both learners and employers to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure apprentices are on track to meet the full requirements of their apprenticeship standard. This role is about more than ticking boxes; you’ll be a trusted advisor, coach, and link between the apprentice, their employer, and JTL, ensuring all three work together towards successful outcomes.
