The JPP Group are a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering a wide range of unique in-house services to a broad client base. We have teams of Civil and Structural Engineers, Architects, Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental Consultants, Development Planners and Land & Building Surveyors working on projects ranging from small domestic alterations to contracts over £30 million.
This role is within the management company, Flowerpot Holdings Ltd, who provide administration and financial support to the wider JPP Group of Companies. The role is a combination of business development and administration, supporting the Head of Business Operations.
Duties are varied and will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming calls for all companies
- Providing project administration support including creating new projects on our project software, setting up of new project files both digitally and hard copy format, raising purchase orders, carrying out and recording credit checks on new Clients, etc.
- Providing support to the HR team and the Head of Business Operations by completing general administration duties i.e. filing, typing letters, emails, etc.
- Maintaining and monitoring Deeds and Warranties database ensuring all copies are scanned and hard copies filed.
- Providing admin support to our business development team.
You may also be involved in maintaining our SHEQ management system so knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 / ISO 45001:2018 would be advantageous, although training will be given. Due to the variety of the role, a flexible and team player approach is required, with a willingness to assist colleagues in all areas of the business with the ability to use your own initiative.
