To meet the needs of our residents, our home help provision is delivered over 5 days a week. This role works flexibly throughout the week on a rota basis, subject to the needs of the residents, any flexible working arrangements in place and the working time regulations. Wed like our General Assistant to be able to work positively with residents and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Youll have good communication skills and be able to work flexible shifts across a five-day week to meet the service needs. *Please note an Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
