Service Controller (Customer Service Administrator) Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm Full time office based in Oldham, Manchester. We are looking for someone from a service desk background that understands the importance of outstanding customer experience and attention to detail. How will you be the change? That’s how deliver value for our customers, and building systems that lead the way And as a Service Controller with Jordon, you’ll do it by… * ensuring all new calls are allocated to engineers in a timely manner. * will effectively plan engineer’s callouts to customers and ensure the work is allocated effectively. * continually communicate with customers should any problems arise on site. * monitoring and dealing with service call outs via the service desk email box. What does it take? If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Service Controller, you’ll need… * IT Literate (able to use Outlook and MS office suite of products). * able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers. * a strong team player. * customer service focused. * a good communicator and have a good eye for attention to detail. * have strong experience in a service desk role (minimum 2 years ideally). Working arrangements In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the office based role located in Oldham Manchester. Full time hours 40 per week. Monday-Friday 8.30am to -5.00pm (Must be flexible to provide some cover 1 in 5 weekends which attracts a callout payment). What can we offer you?
