We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Senior Partner and Owner-Manager of the Jonathan Lea Network. This is a varied and fast-paced role focused on managing day-to-day priorities, communications, scheduling and administrative coordination, while enabling the Senior Partner to focus on client work, leadership and business growth. The successful candidate will be confident working closely with senior professionals, comfortable dealing with clients and external contacts, and enthusiastic about using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Diary Management
- Managing the Senior Partner’s diary, scheduling meetings, calls and travel arrangements
- Prioritising appointments and ensuring efficient time management
- Preparing schedules, reminders and briefing notes
- Managing emails, correspondence and incoming enquiries
- Drafting responses and communications where appropriate
- Coordinating meetings and monitoring follow-up actions
- Client & Administrative Support
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and business contacts
- Assisting with client onboarding and administrative processes
- Supporting excellent standards of client care and follow-up communication
- Helping prepare engagement documentation and onboarding materials
- Assisting the wider administrative team with general operational support where required
- Compliance & Operational Assistance
- Assisting with general compliance administration and internal procedures

Reporting Structure
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Senior Partner / Owner-Manager and work closely with lawyers, consultants and administrative staff across the Jonathan Lea Network.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide high-level executive and administrative support to enable the Senior Partner to focus on leadership, client relationships, legal work and the continued growth of the Jonathan Lea Network.

- Full‑Time Equivalent salary of approximately £32,000, depending on experience
