As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised Finance Assistant to support our fantastic Finance Team and wider team - helping to keep the function running smoothly and our operations moving at pace. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a fast-growing B Corp brand that’s scaling quickly, staying true to its values, and still having lots of fun along the way!
This is a hands‑on role at the heart of our business, where you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of our finance function. You’ll be involved in everything from processing invoices and payment runs to bank reconciliations, cashflow updates, and monthly reporting - ensuring our numbers stay accurate and up to date. Working closely with the Finance Manager, Finance Director and wider team, you’ll help ensure we stay on top of our financial processes as the business continues to grow.
Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Reconciliation of Retail, Restaurant and Event Income
- Supporting quarterly forecasting and cashflow planning
- Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, managing supplier relationships, invoice approval/processing etc.
- Processing of employee expenses
- Credit card and bank reconciliations
- Process monthly payroll
- Assisting with the administration of the group
- Oversee financial processes
- Providing general finance admin and office support, including Health & Safety
Previous experience in a finance, bookkeeping or an accounts role (1‑2 years)
Experience using Sage (or similar accounting software) would be a bonus
Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
Confident with spreadsheets, reconciliations and financial data
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude
