Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member:

  • Assisting with food preparation.
  • Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
  • Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
  • Overseeing deliveries.
  • Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
  • Working with the team to achieve company targets.

The Owain Glyndwr is an iconic, traditional pub in the middle of Cardiff City Centre. We are famous for showing a wide range of Live Sport across our 30 screens. With a great food and drink offering, we're the place to visit, and when there are major events in the Principality Stadium, there's no better atmosphere in town. With a traditional Welsh music group, quizzes, and karaoke held weekly, there's always something going on at The Owain Glyndwr.
