PURPOSE OF JOB: A Chef de Partie, also known as a Station Chef or Line Cook, holds an important position in a professional kitchen. They are responsible for overseeing a specific section or station within the kitchen and ensuring that the food prepared in that area meets the quality and presentation standards set by the Head chef or sous chef.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
