The John Taylor SCITT in Barton-under-Needwood is seeking a Trainee Teacher for a full-time, on-site program across partner schools. You will plan and deliver lessons under supervision, support pupil learning and gradually take on more responsibility.
You will attend professional development sessions, receive mentoring, observe experienced teachers, and reflect on practice to meet the Teachers’ Standards while collaborating with school staff and the SCITT team.
