The Role
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist for our Westcombe Park Site. As a member of the Administration Team, the successful candidate will act as the lead school Receptionist and assist in a wide range of duties within office administration and organisational processes. They will be the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders, serving as an ambassador for the school and embodying the value, vision and ethos in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing front‑desk operations and reception duties.
- Providing information and assistance to parents, visitors and stakeholders.
- Supporting office administration and organisational processes.
- Representing the school’s values, vision and ethos at all times.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Experience as a receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Successful DBS and safeguarding checks required prior to appointment.
