Your Role as a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician
As part of our skilled and motivated team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles – To manufacturer and safety standards
- Diagnosing faults – Carrying out Vehicle Health Checks and recommending repairs
- Preparing new and used vehicles – Ensuring they are showroom-ready
- Road testing vehicles – To guarantee the quality of your work
- Accurate job card completion – Following company and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintaining tools and equipment – Ensuring everything is safe and operational
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Level 3 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance – Essential for this role
- Previous experience in a high-volume dealership or workshop
- Attention to detail – Producing consistent, high-quality work under time pressure
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and standards
- Ability to follow instructions – Both written and spoken
