Are you a digital storyteller with a passion for engagement? We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to take the reins of our digital presence. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing reach across multiple franchises, and converting social engagement into real-world customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and the Group Blog to ensure brand objectives are met.
- Maintain a rigorous posting schedule on socials platforms.
- Keep the YouTube channel updated with relevant franchise playlists and engaging video content.
- Perform daily management of incoming messages, tags, comments, and reviews to maintain a professional brand voice.
- Strategy & Content Creation: Work closely with "Social Media Champions" at our dealerships to source and polish high-quality content.
- Provide monthly social media calendars/planners to each franchise by the start of each month.
- Analytics & Performance: Utilise tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Hashtagify to track performance and trends.
- Deliver monthly ROI reports to the marketing team and management, tailoring the commentary for specific audiences.
- Conduct weekly reviews of demographics (Age/Gender) to ensure content is reaching the right audience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Proven digital marketing experience with a deep understanding of social media ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and social management tools like Hootsuite.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills with a friendly but professional approach.
- A genuine passion for digital trends.
- Strong numerical and literacy skills.
